The Association of Indian Students (AIS) is a national-level, non-political, voluntary student association focused on student welfare, student opportunities, and student-led initiatives across India.
AIS works on initiatives relating to student engagement, opportunities, research, outreach, awareness, and digital communication.

AIS is inviting applications from students interested in contributing to the organisation through various membership roles. Applicants may indicate their preferred area of work while applying.

Roles and Responsibilities
Social Media
Assisting with social media content and campaigns.
Supporting digital outreach and student engagement.
Assisting with content planning and execution.
Research
Conducting research on student-related issues and opportunities.
Assisting with research-based initiatives and projects.
Supporting the preparation of research and informational content.
Campus Outreach
Supporting AIS’s outreach among students and institutions.
Promoting AIS initiatives and opportunities on campus.
Facilitating student engagement and communication.
General/Operations
Assisting with AIS initiatives and organisational activities.
Supporting coordination and communication.
Contributing to ongoing student-focused projects.
Eligibility
Students currently enrolled in colleges or universities in India may apply.
Students from any academic discipline may apply, subject to the requirements of the selected role.
Prior professional experience is not mandatory.
Applicants should have an interest in student initiatives and be willing to contribute actively to AIS.

Stipend
This is an unpaid membership opportunity. No stipend will be provided.
