About the Opportunity
Applications are invited for a Corporate Legal Internship focused on the hospitality industry. The internship will provide practical exposure to corporate structuring, contracts, regulatory compliance, commercial transactions, and day-to-day legal advisory within the hospitality sector.
Roles and Responsibilities
The intern will be responsible for drafting company policies, drafting and reviewing commercial agreements such as vendor, franchise, management, and service contracts, conducting legal research, preparing briefs, assisting with regulatory and compliance matters, and supporting due diligence exercises.
Eligibility
Students enrolled in a three-year or five-year law course.
Strong drafting and research skills.
Interest in corporate law.
A detail-oriented and proactive mindset.
Applicants must bring their own laptop.
Duration
The duration of the internship is one month.
Mode and Location
The internship is on-site and will be based in Kodihalli, Bangalore.
Stipend
The internship is paid.
