About the Internship/Job
Adv. Nupur Shah (Head-Legal) is seeking applications for the following positions:
- One Legal Associate
- Three Assessment Interns
The selected candidates will have the opportunity to work on a range of litigation, advisory, and research assignments involving taxation and regulatory matters.
Eligibility
- Assessment Interns must be in the final year of law school.
- Legal Associate applicants must be law graduates with 0–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
Responsibilities
Selected candidates will gain exposure to:
- Drafting replies to notices issued by authorities such as the Income Tax Department and the Enforcement Directorate.
- Drafting appeals before the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals), the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, and other appellate forums.
- Drafting petitions before the High Court of Gujarat and assisting in matters before the Supreme Court of India.
- Conducting legal research and assisting in case strategy.
- Contract drafting.
- Handling litigation before various tribunals and government authorities.
Duration
- Assessment Internship: Minimum three months.
- Legal Associate: Long-term role.
Date of Joining
Immediately upon final shortlisting, preferably in late June or July.
