About the Advocate
He is an Advocate practicing before the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Indore Bench and subordinate courts, handling matters relating to Criminal Law, Civil Litigation, Consumer Disputes, Family Law, Writ Jurisdiction, and other legal proceedings.
Eligibility
- Law students (preferably 3rd year onwards in a 5-year course or 2nd year onwards in a 3-year course)
- Strong research and drafting skills
- Genuine interest in litigation and court practice
- Professional work ethic and willingness to learn
Expectations
- Courtroom exposure and observation of live proceedings
- Legal research and case law analysis
- Drafting of applications, pleadings, notices, and briefs
- Assistance in case preparation and litigation strategy
- Practical understanding of court procedures and client handling
- Mentorship and guidance in litigation practice
