About the Opportunity
AKJ Attorneys & Solicitors LLP is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to work on live legal assignments and gain practical exposure to corporate, commercial, compliance and litigation matters.
Areas of Exposure
- RERA and real estate matters
- Insolvency and bankruptcy matters
- Corporate and commercial litigation
- Civil suits and litigation
- Contract drafting and review
- Statutory and compliance audits
- Legal research, case analysis and documentation
- Drafting notices, applications, agreements and other legal documents
Eligibility
- Law students with a strong interest in corporate, commercial, compliance and litigation law
- Good research, drafting and analytical skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Detail-oriented, organised and eager to learn
- Prior law-firm or corporate legal internship experience is an advantage
