About the Opportunity
The internship will provide law students with hands-on exposure to real-world corporate, commercial, compliance and litigation matters while working on live legal assignments.
Responsibilities and Areas of Exposure
Interns may gain exposure to RERA and real estate matters, insolvency and bankruptcy matters, corporate and commercial litigation, civil suits and litigation, contract drafting and review, statutory and compliance audits, legal research, case analysis and documentation.
The work may also involve drafting notices, applications, agreements and other legal documents.
Eligibility
Law students with a strong interest in corporate, commercial, compliance and litigation law.
Applicants with good research, drafting and analytical skills.
Applicants with good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Applicants who are detail-oriented, organised and eager to learn.
Prior law-firm or corporate legal internship experience will be an advantage.
Duration
The minimum internship duration is two months.
Location
Sector 56, Gurugram, Haryana.
