About the Internship
APL Apollo Tubes Limited invites applications from law students for an internship with its Legal Team at its Corporate Office in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
The internship is designed to provide practical exposure to the functioning of an in-house legal department of a listed corporate entity. Interns will work closely with the Legal Team and gain insights into the legal and commercial requirements of a large corporate organisation.
Roles and Responsibilities
Selected interns will assist the Legal Team on corporate, commercial and general legal matters, including general corporate work, legal research, contract review, dispute management, maintenance of MIS reports and legal records, legal drafting, and work relating to corporate and commercial transactions.
The internship will provide an opportunity to understand how legal issues are identified, evaluated and addressed in a corporate environment, including the interface between legal, commercial and business functions.
Eligibility
Students currently pursuing a three-year or five-year LL.B. programme from a recognised university or law college may apply.
Applicants should be interested in corporate law, commercial transactions, contract management and dispute resolution.
Candidates should possess good legal research, drafting and communication skills.
Applicants must be available to undertake the internship physically at the Company’s Corporate Office in Noida for the entire one-month period.
Students who have previously undertaken internships with law firms, in-house legal teams or other relevant organisations may also apply.

Number of Positions
Interns will be selected on a rolling basis, depending on the requirements of the Legal Team and the availability of positions during the relevant month.
Stipend and Benefits
Stipend of ₹10,000 per month.
Lunch will be provided at the Company’s office.
Work Timings
The internship will be undertaken during regular office working hours. Specific reporting and working hours will be communicated to shortlisted candidates.
