About the Internship
ASPA Legal is inviting applications from enthusiastic and motivated law students for an internship in Commercial Litigation for the month of November.
Programme Details
Interns will have the opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to commercial litigation and dispute resolution, including legal research, drafting, case preparation and court-related work.
Eligibility
Students pursuing the third or fourth year of a five-year integrated LL.B. course.
Students pursuing the third year of a three-year LL.B. course.
Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills.
Genuine interest in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
A proactive approach, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Work Profile
Conducting legal research and case law analysis.
Drafting pleadings, applications and legal notices.
Assisting in case preparation and court-related work.
Researching commercial disputes and procedural laws.
Location
Greater Kailash, New Delhi.
