About the Firm
ASPA Legal is a law firm engaged in corporate, commercial, and civil litigation, along with dispute resolution. The firm offers interns an opportunity to gain practical exposure to legal proceedings, research, drafting, and case preparation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Students pursuing the 3rd or 4th year of a 5-year integrated LL.B. course or the 3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. course.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Genuine interest in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
- A proactive approach, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Areas of Work
- Legal research and case law analysis.
- Drafting pleadings, applications, and legal notices.
- Assisting in case preparation and court-related work.
- Research on commercial disputes and procedural laws.
