About The Centre for Competition Law and Economics

The Centre for Competition Law and Economics (CCLE) is an India-based law and policy think tank specialising in regulatory strategy, competition, and good governance. The Centre provides legal representation, stakeholder management, media and policy research services to public and private stakeholders. It has advised the Competition Commission of India (CCI), the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), and the Department of Consumer Affairs, while also collaborating with industry and civil society organisations.

About the Internship

The Centre for Competition Law and Economics (CCLE) has announced openings for the position of Research Intern. The internship offers an opportunity to work on competition law, technology policy, international trade, and public policy matters while collaborating with governmental departments, corporations, and civil society organisations. The Centre is currently hiring two interns.

Eligibility

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

  • Candidates should be in the final year of their registered programme.
  • Early-stage candidates may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Responsibilities

The selected interns will:

  • Monitor and compile national and international developments in competition law, technology policy, and regulatory affairs.
  • Participate in webinars and in-person conferences hosted by academic institutions.
  • Prepare concise notes for the management.
  • Conduct research and publish articles in various newspapers.
  • Prepare content for social media posts and outreach.
