About the Opportunity
They are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our Legal team at Cosmic. The selected candidate will gain practical exposure across corporate legal matters, startup formation, intellectual property. This internship is ideal for candidates looking to build hands-on experience in an in-house legal environment.
Eligibility
Pursuing or recently completed LLB ( 4th, 5th year ) / LLM from top schools.
Internship Details
- Duration: min 3 months
- Location: Sector 14, Noida.
- Stipend: Paid (well)
- Internship Completion Certificate will be provided upon successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining employment contracts, NDAs, commercial agreements, and other legal documents.
- Assist the legal team in reviewing and preparing shareholder agreements.
- Conduct legal research on corporate laws, intellectual property rights and regulatory developments impacting the business.
- Maintain organized legal records, contract repositories, IP databases, and compliance documentation.
- Assist in Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders including HR, Finance, Operations, and external consultants on legal and compliance matters.
