About the Internship

EnxtAI is looking for detail-oriented and motivated law students to assist with legal research, data collection, verification, and documentation. Interns will work on projects involving courts, tribunals, legal professionals, bar associations, and regulatory authorities while contributing to legal-tech and research initiatives.

Eligibility

Candidates must:

  • Be pursuing a 3-year LL.B., 5-year integrated LL.B., or LL.M. programme, or be a recent law graduate.
  • Be in the second year or above (preferred).
  • Have strong legal research and analytical skills.
  • Possess good written English and report-writing abilities.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and online legal research.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Preference may be given to students from law colleges in Delhi NCR.

Preferred Skills

Preference will be given to candidates with:

  • Prior internship experience in litigation, taxation, corporate law, regulatory practice, or legal research.
  • Familiarity with SCC Online, Manupatra, Indian Kanoon, eCourts, or similar legal databases.
  • Interest in litigation, GST and taxation, corporate law, insolvency, compliance, legal technology, and tribunal research.

Roles and Responsibilities

The selected intern will:

  • Conduct legal research on statutes, judgments, notifications, circulars, and regulatory developments.
  • Collect and verify legal information from courts, tribunals, Bar Councils, government portals, and official databases.
  • Research legal professionals, bar associations, and statutory authorities.
  • Prepare research notes, case summaries, comparative tables, and structured reports.
  • Review judgments, legal documents, and government notifications.
  • Organise verified legal information using Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Maintain proper citations, source links, and supporting documentation.
  • Identify inaccurate, incomplete, duplicate, or outdated information.
  • Coordinate with research and technology teams to improve legal databases and workflows.
