The major areas of operation of this Organization are Taxation particularly the Customs, Goods and Services Tax, erstwhile Central Excise and Service Tax Law, Import Export matters, Foreign Trade Policy (DGFT), Free Trade Agreements, Trade Promotion matters, SEZ and EOUs, FEMA, Company Law, Banking Laws, NCB matters related matters. The firm is actively engaged in representing clients before CESTAT and other quasi-judicial authorities.
Eligibility
- Open to law students currently pursuing a 3-year LL.B. or 5-year integrated law program
- Preference to Final Year Students efficient in Legal Drafting and interpretation of Legal Statute
