About the Internship
The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, is inviting applications for its Regular (semester-long) Internship / Capstone Project. The program aims to foster hands-on learning and professional development for students interested in corporate governance, law, and policy.
Areas of Internship
Students can apply for internships or capstone projects in the following domains:
- Corporate Governance & Public Policy
- Corporate Law & Compliance
- CSR, ESG & Sustainability
- Finance & Financial Reporting
- Innovation & Entrepreneurship (MSMEs)
- AI for Good Governance
- Digital Public Goods (DPGs) & E-Governance
- Institutional Partnerships & Corporate Communication
Eligibility
Open to Law students (final year preferred), UG/PG/MBA/PGDM students from Arts, Commerce, Management, Technology, Public Policy, and related fields, along with recent graduates (within the last six months) who are not currently employed.
Duration
Regular (semester-long) internship or capstone project.

Stipend
Interns shall be entitled to an honorarium of Rs. 10,000/- per month.
