About the Internship
J. Sanghvi Legal – Advocates & Consultants is offering internship opportunities to law students interested in gaining practical experience in litigation, dispute resolution, and legal advisory work. The internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to legal drafting, research, client interactions, and court proceedings.
Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Be enrolled in a 3-year LL.B. or 5-year integrated LL.B. programme.
- Possess strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Be sincere, disciplined, and willing to learn.
Preference may be given to candidates based in Mumbai.
Areas of Exposure
- Civil and Commercial Litigation.
- Corporate and Insolvency Law (NCLT).
- Real Estate and Redevelopment Matters.
- Co-operative Housing Society Laws.
- Contract Drafting and Legal Documentation.
- Legal Research and Case Analysis.
- Court proceedings before the Bombay High Court, City Civil Courts, and other judicial forums.
Additional Information
Interns will receive:
- Hands-on drafting experience.
- Exposure to legal strategy and client conferences.
- Court visits and procedural understanding.
- Mentorship from an active litigation practice.
- Practical insight into the day-to-day functioning of an independent law office.
