About the Internship
Jawa Capital Services is hiring a Legal Intern to join its team in Jasola Vihar, New Delhi. The internship offers practical exposure to legal research, contract review, litigation support, and insolvency-related work, including drafting Resolution Plans under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
Eligibility
- Law students in their 3rd year and above, including final-year students.
- Enrolled in a recognized law program.
- Strong research, analytical, and legal writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines.
- Professional, positive, and respectful attitude towards colleagues and seniors.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and prepare detailed briefs and case summaries.
- Assist in drafting legal documents, notices, and reviewing contracts.
- Support the drafting of Resolution Plans under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
- Provide administrative support for ongoing matters and maintain case files.
- Attend client meetings and accompany senior professionals to court hearings, where applicable.
