About the Internship
LawPublicus is looking for dedicated legal interns for an offline internship lasting 2–6 months. Interns will gain practical exposure to both litigation and advisory work while working closely with the firm’s legal teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
Interns will:
- Conduct legal research on RERA, insolvency, corporate and commercial laws, labour laws, and consumer disputes.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, joint venture agreements, LLP documentation, HR policies, and SOPs.
- Prepare case briefs, pleadings, writ petitions, applications, and research notes for matters before RERA Authorities, NCLT, NCLAT, High Courts, and District Courts.
- Assist with RERA compliance audits, title verification, and developer support.
- Contribute legal research and articles to the firm’s digital legal education platform.
Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Be pursuing a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programme from a recognised university.
- Preferably be in the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year programme or the 2nd or 3rd year of a 3-year programme.
- Possess strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
Prior exposure to corporate law, civil litigation, or the RERA framework is desirable but not mandatory.

Duration

Stipend
Performance-based. Details will be discussed with shortlisted candidates during the interview process.
