About the Internship
LawPublicus is inviting applications from dedicated law students for an offline internship starting from October 2026. Interns will work closely with the firm’s core teams and gain exposure to advisory work and litigation.
Roles and Responsibilities
Selected interns may assist with legal research, drafting, litigation-related work, compliance activities, and legal writing, including:
Conducting legal research on real estate and RERA, insolvency and IBC, corporate and commercial laws, labour laws, and consumer disputes.
Assisting in drafting and vetting contracts, joint venture agreements, commercial LLPs, and employment-related documents, including HR policies and SOPs.
Preparing case briefs, research notes, pleadings, writ petitions, and applications for RERA authorities, NCLT, NCLAT, High Courts, and District Courts.
Assisting with RERA compliance audits, developer network support, and title verification procedures.
Contributing research and legal writing to the firm’s digital legal education portal, the “LawPublicus Portal”.
Eligibility
Students pursuing a three-year or five-year LL.B. programme from a recognised university may apply.
Preference will be given to students in the fourth or fifth year of a five-year integrated course or the third year of a three-year course.
Candidates should possess strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
Basic exposure to corporate law, litigation, or the RERA framework is an added advantage but is not mandatory.
Duration
The minimum duration of the internship is 2–3 months. The internship may be extended up to six months based on the intern’s performance and mutual agreement. The internship will commence from October 2026.
