About the Opportunity

LLM Advocates is inviting applications for 5 Legal AI and Multimedia Forensics Interns for a one-month remote internship during October 2026.

This internship is designed for students and recent graduates interested in the intersection of law, artificial intelligence, multimedia forensics, digital evidence, cyber investigations, and technology law.

Selected interns will work on research-oriented assignments involving the examination and analysis of digital multimedia, AI-assisted forensic workflows, authentication and verification of electronic evidence, and legal issues surrounding AI-generated and manipulated content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research relating to multimedia and digital evidence.
  • Assist with AI-assisted multimedia forensic research.
  • Research and analyse image, audio, and video evidence.
  • Examine metadata and digital file information.
  • Research methods for authentication and verification of multimedia evidence.
  • Conduct research on deepfakes and synthetic media.
  • Analyse AI-generated and manipulated content.
  • Research digital evidence preservation and documentation.
  • Study chain of custody and evidentiary considerations.
  • Research cyber law and legal issues relating to digital media.
  • Examine privacy and data protection issues involving multimedia evidence.
  • Research AI tools used in forensic investigations.
  • Prepare legal research notes, forensic reports, and analytical briefs.

Eligibility

  • Law students and recent law graduates interested in Legal AI, digital forensics, cyber law, multimedia evidence, or technology law.
  • Students from computer science, cybersecurity, digital forensics, artificial intelligence, media technology, or related disciplines with an interest in the legal aspects of digital evidence may also apply.
  • Good research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Strong interest in emerging technologies.
  • Prior experience with AI tools, multimedia analysis, or digital forensics is beneficial but not mandatory.
