About the Internship
LVI Attorneys LLP is inviting applications from enthusiastic and dedicated law students for its On-site (Physical) Internship Programme at our Jaipur Office.
Responsibilities
This internship offers hands-on exposure to diverse areas of legal practice, including:
- Property Title Due Diligence & Legal Due Diligence;
- Verification and Analysis of Title Documents;
- Preparation of Title Search Reports & Legal Opinion Reports;
- Examination of Revenue Records, Land Records & Statutory Approvals;
- Real Estate Laws & RERA Matters;
- Banking & Finance Transactions;
- Drafting, Vetting & Review of Agreements and Legal Documents;
- Legal Research, Case Law Analysis & Brief Preparation;
- Civil, Commercial & Property Litigation;
- DRT, Sessions Court & High Court Matters; and
- Court Procedures, Case Management & Client Interaction.
Eligibility
This internship is ideal for law students who wish to develop practical skills in legal research, drafting, due diligence, title verification, real estate law, banking law, and litigation while working alongside experienced legal professionals.
- Students pursuing a 3-Year LL.B. or 5-Year Integrated Law Course
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- A keen interest in litigation, real estate law, and due diligence
- Willingness to learn with professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail.
