Roles and Responsibilities
The intern will be responsible for supporting legal research related to insurance laws, IRDAI regulations, and corporate legal matters.
The role will also involve assisting with regulatory filings, compliance activities, and internal stakeholder queries. The intern may further assist in reviewing, drafting, and maintaining legal agreements, contracts, non-disclosure agreements, vendor documents, legal records, contract repositories, and documentation trackers.
Eligibility
Final-year or penultimate-year students pursuing a three-year or five-year LLB.
Strong understanding of contract law, corporate law, and legal research.
Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
