About the Opportunity
Parens Patrice is offering an internship opportunity for law students interested in litigation and arbitration. Interns will be exposed to legal research, drafting, case brief preparation, and court proceedings.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conducting in-depth legal research and preparing analytical notes.
- Drafting petitions, written statements, replies, and affidavits.
- Preparing case briefs and arguments for ongoing matters.
- Attending court proceedings before the Delhi High Court, NCLT, and District Courts.
- Assisting with file management, documentation, and case preparation for arbitration.
Eligibility
- Law students pursuing B.A. LL.B or LL.B.
- Strong research and drafting skills.
- Keen interest in litigation and arbitration.
