About the Internship
PNAM & Co. LLP is offering an internship opportunity for candidates interested in corporate laws, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.
PNAM & Co. LLP is inviting applications for the position of CS Intern at its office in Connaught Place, Central Delhi. The internship will provide practical exposure to corporate law, regulatory procedures, transaction-related assignments, and statutory compliance.
Areas of Exposure
As a CS Intern, the selected candidate may gain exposure to mergers, amalgamations and demergers; mergers and acquisitions; corporate restructuring; transaction documentation; regulatory procedures; statutory filings; legal research; due diligence; and compliance review.
Roles and Responsibilities
The intern may be involved in work relating to:
- mergers, amalgamations and demergers;
- M&A and corporate restructuring;
- drafting scheme documents, board and shareholders’ resolutions, notices and consents;
- regulatory procedures and statutory filings before the Registrar of Companies, National Company Law Tribunal, Regional Director and other authorities;
- legal research on corporate laws and regulatory requirements;
- preliminary due diligence;
- transaction checklists;
- and compliance review.
Eligibility
Candidates who have cleared both groups of the CS Professional examination.
