Internship Opportunity at Vintage Legal [Virtual; June 15-July 15; No Stipend]: Apply by June 14!

About the Organisation

Vintage Legal is a legal academic and research-driven platform working in the field of open-access and selective legal publications. The organisation provides a wide range of academic materials, research support, and curated legal resources aimed at strengthening students’ and researchers’ understanding of law in a practical and application-oriented manner.

Its work spans multiple areas of law, with continuous expansion into emerging and specialised legal domains. Vintage Legal maintains active collaborations with universities, law chambers, and law firms, ensuring that interns gain meaningful exposure and opportunities to engage with the wider legal and academic community.

Role and Responsibilities

This is a training-cum-internship programme designed to combine structured learning with hands-on legal research work.

Orientation and task-specific meetings will be conducted prior to each assignment. Interns will be trained in research methodology, citations, formatting, and academic standards. Tasks will be assigned only after ensuring clarity on expectations and compliance requirements.

Interns may be required to conduct legal research in areas such as intellectual property law, prepare legal briefs on assigned topics, write research articles or book chapters, and work on case analysis, case summaries, and legal commentaries.

Opportunities & Certification

Interns will be provided publication opportunities for selected and quality work. Internship certificates will be issued strictly on the basis of performance and successful completion of tasks in accordance with prescribed standards.

Certificates will not be issued to all participants and will remain performance-dependent.

The programme includes weekly deadlines, regular virtual review meetings for feedback and guidance, and one free workshop conducted as part of the internship to enhance legal research and writing skills.
