The Law Chamber of Priyanka Das is a litigation practice based in New Delhi. The chamber represents matters before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, Tribunals, and other judicial forums. Priyanka Das serves as Senior Panel Counsel for the Union of India, Senior Panel Counsel for Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, and Special Counsel for the Assam Tea Employment Provident Fund Organisation.
About the Internship
The Legal Assessment Internship & Graduate Training Programme is designed to provide practical exposure to litigation and legal practice through active participation in live matters. Selected candidates will work closely with the litigation team and gain hands-on experience in legal research, drafting, case assessment, and court procedures.
Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Penultimate or final-year LL.B. students enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year law programme.
- Fresh law graduates enrolled with any State Bar Council in India.
- Candidates who have successfully cleared the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) will be given preference.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
- A genuine interest in litigation and legal analysis.
- Ability to work in a professional, office-based litigation environment.
Responsibilities
Selected candidates will:
- Conduct legal research and case law analysis.
- Prepare case summaries, legal notes, and legal opinions.
- Assist in drafting pleadings, applications, written submissions, legal notices, and other legal documents.
- Assist the litigation team in matters before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, Tribunals, and other judicial forums.
- Support case preparation and legal assessment across diverse areas of practice.
