About the Opportunity
RB Lawcorp Pvt. Ltd. is inviting applications from law students interested in gaining practical exposure to criminal litigation, legal research, drafting, and court proceedings. The internship is based at the firm’s office in Sector 18, Noida.
Eligibility
Students pursuing LL.B., B.A. LL.B., or B.B.A. LL.B. may apply.
Work & Responsibilities
Interns will gain practical exposure to criminal law research and judicial precedents, bail, anticipatory bail and bail cancellation matters, criminal appeals, revisions and transfer applications, Section 138 cheque dishonour matters, legal drafting, case preparation and documentation, along with proceedings before Trial Courts and High Courts.
