About the Internship
Kellogg Brown and Root Engineering & Construction India Pvt. Ltd. is inviting applications for a Legal Intern to join its Technology Legal Department in Gurugram. The internship offers practical exposure to in-house legal functions, including contract management, legal research, drafting, and compliance-related work within a global engineering and construction company.
Eligibility
Candidates must be currently pursuing a law degree in:
- a 5-year integrated LL.B. programme; or
- a 3-year LL.B. programme.
- Students from any year of study may apply.
- Candidates from premier institutions such as NLUs, GGSIPU, Symbiosis, or equivalent institutions will be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support the legal team in contract management and documentation.
- Assist in-house counsel on ongoing legal matters.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Review and draft contracts.
- Support compliance and related regulatory activities.
