About the Internship

LOPM & Associates is seeking applications from meritorious law students and recent graduates for an Assessment Internship at its New Delhi office. The internship is designed to provide substantive exposure to litigation practice and will serve as an assessment period for potential future engagement with the Firm, subject to the candidate’s performance and the Firm’s requirements.

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on matters relating to commercial and civil litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution, banking and recovery proceedings, and other areas of practice handled by the Firm.

Eligibility

  • Law students and recent law graduates.
  • Strong legal acumen.
  • Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Genuine interest in litigation practice.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research.
  • Prepare case briefs.
  • Draft pleadings and applications.
  • Compile records and case materials.
  • Assist in ongoing matters before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
  • Undertake additional assignments as entrusted by the Firm from time to time.

Location

Jangpura, New Delhi.
