About the Internship
NC Legal, Advocates & Solicitors is offering a paid internship for the month of August 2026 at its New Delhi office. The internship provides practical exposure to legal research, drafting, court proceedings, and client interactions under the guidance of experienced legal professionals.
Eligibility
Candidates must:
- Be currently enrolled in the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year integrated LL.B. programme, or
- Be in the 2nd year or Final year of a 3-year LL.B. programme.
- Preferably have knowledge of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
- Have basic knowledge of legal research platforms such as SCC Online and Manupatra.
Skills Required
The firm is looking for candidates who are:
- Punctual, disciplined, and committed.
- Proficient in legal research and drafting.
- Strong in critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Adaptable and eager to learn.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities
Selected interns will gain practical exposure to:
- Legal research.
- Legal drafting.
- Court proceedings.
- Client interactions.
Stipend
- ₹5,000 for the internship period.
- The stipend may be extended based on performance.
- The stipend will be paid only upon successful completion of the internship. No stipend will be payable in case of early termination or discontinuation.
Duration
- 4 weeks, extendable based on performance.
