About the Internship

The Legal & Admin Intern will assist the Legal & Admin team in managing statutory compliance, documentation, vendor coordination, and facility operations. This role is ideal for candidates seeking practical experience in corporate legal and administrative functions.

Eligibility

  • Educational background in Law or a related field preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of corporate legal documentation (NDAs, contracts, agreements).
  • Understanding of statutory compliance and timelines.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Willingness to learn and support routine on‑site operations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organise contracts, NDAs, AMCs, and legal documentation records.
  • Track statutory compliance timelines and ensure timely submissions.
  • Coordinate with external statutory and legal consultants.
  • Maintain compliance trackers, administrative records, and operational logs.
  • Support facility maintenance and vendor coordination for issue resolution.
  • Assist in infrastructure monitoring, procurement coordination, and inventory tracking.
  • Organise company meetings, approvals, and internal events.
  • Prepare Excel‑based reports, manage data entry, and record keeping.
  • Perform other legal or admin‑related tasks as assigned.
