Eligibility
- Law student, preferably in the later years of study, or a recent law graduate.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with online legal research databases will be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research across various areas of law.
- Draft agreements, notices, legal opinions, applications, and other legal documents.
- Assist in reviewing contracts and commercial documentation.
- Draft letters, emails, and business communications.
- Support compliance, documentation, and administrative legal functions.
