The Speaking Circle Silchar invites students to participate in Sansad Mahotsav, Silchar 2026, a two-day Mock Parliament designed to develop leadership, public speaking, legislative drafting, and policy-making skills.
Open to students from Class 10 to Degree level, the event provides participants with a realistic parliamentary experience through debates, committee discussions, research, and legislative proceedings.
